"Stand Strong" oil painting by Karen Chatham is the painted essence of spiritual strength rising up into physical strength with Native American inspiration rising up into a wild stallion who stands his ground.
I took the photograph of this amazing stallion in Wyoming, close to Rock Springs. It was a magnificent experience to watch him run in the wind right past me and then turn to look at me with such a deliberate statement. He stands strong in his place, and no one would dare to challenge him.
So my message to you in this painting is to stand strong in your faith and never give in.
