"Time To Move" oil painting by Karen Chatham of the wild horses of Wyoming. The beautiful white stallion, named Semper Fi, exhibits his authority to tell his band, "It's time to move on!"
Reference photo was taken by Karen Chatham in the wilds of Wyoming of the wild mustang herds. If you look closely, you will find Native American Petroglyphs hidden in this painting.
About Karen Kennedy Chatham
Southwestern Artist, Karen Kennedy Chatham, is a realistic and abstract painter of wild mustang horses, Texas longhorn cattle, western cowboys, Native American culture, landscapes and radiant florals. Her mediums include oil, acrylic, watercolor and pastel. Born a native Texan, Karen lives in Paradise, Tx has a deep love for western culture and her favorite subjects are the horses. Karen has recently been exploring new abstract/semi abstract techniques that are radiant in color, rich in Spirit, and full of positive emotion. *Student of James R.
